Lease
Prospective tenants are required to submit a housing history with personal references prior to renting any Nunavut Limited Partnership property. Lease terms run for twelve months with rent due on the first day of each month. Late fees are assessed after a five day grace period. A full one month's rent is collected as a security deposit when the lease is signed. A move-in inventory is also completed at the time of occupancy.

All utility bills, garbage fees, phone, cable TV and internet services are the tenant's responsibility. In addition, snow removal and lawn care are not supplied by Nunavut Limited Partnership.

Non-Smoking Policy
All Nunavut rental properties take advantage of the non-smoker discount offered by our homeowner's insurance carrier. Therefore, smoking is prohibited within the confines of each residence.

Pet Policy
Adult, house-trained pets are considered only with written permission from the landlord and payment of a non-refundable pet fee of $150. The pet owner assumes all responsibility for any pet damage to the yard, exterior and interior of the rental property.

Parking
Parking on the lawn is prohibited by the City of Marquette. Each rental property has designated parking or garage space for at least two vehicles. It is the tenant's responsibility to make sure that guests/visitors are parked lawfully.
